Client Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time

All City Pet Care East is looking for a compassionate, dependable full-time Client Service Representative to join our team!

Our CSRs are the first and last impression our clients have of our hospital. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional customer service can make a stressful situation a little easier for both pets and their families.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer a multi-line phone system and schedule appointments.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Communicate with doctors and technicians to help keep appointments running smoothly.
  • Respond to client questions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

 

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Enjoys working with both people and animals.
  • Can stay organized and calm in a busy environment.
  • Is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Works well as part of a team while also taking initiative.
  • Is comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software.
  • Can multitask and prioritize throughout the day.
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

 

Experience

Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person. Veterinary experience is a plus but is not required.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings
  • Closed Sundays
