Job Description

Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolis area, Family Pet Clinic of North Richland Hills is looking to add a talented Veterinary Receptionist to our 4 doctor AAHA accredited practice! We are dedicated to providing a positive impact on our patients, pet owners, and the local community by practicing high quality medicine.

The Client Services Specialist is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with a Hospital Manager and supporting medical staff to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the animal hospital.

About You

 

You are a Veterinary Receptionist with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are  energetic, ambitious, and ready to take your career to the next level. You can easily adapt to the different needs of each client and are able to remain composed during stressful and emotional situations. You are committed to outstanding client service, exceptional patient care, and really want to make a difference!
