We are looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our West Mountain family. Hardworking, friendly, detail orientated, client focused and reliable are just some of the traits new hires need to possess for this position. You will be working at a hospital that prides itself on giving our clients the best veterinary medicine; you will be working with co-workers that are kind and compassionate and you will be helping pets and their owners!
Hourly wage is based on experience and ranges between $14 and $16.

1. Answer Phones – schedule appointments and surgeries, take messages, resolve client issues.
2. Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
3. Cash out clients.
4. Excellent multi-tasker.
5. A positive attitude is a must.
6. The ability to work well with others is essential.
7. Excellent computer skills.
