Job Description

We are a caring, compassionate team of professionals that focus on creating an environment of trust and respect for our staff, clients, and their pets. Our clinic is AAHA certified, and all team members are “Fear Free” certified.

 

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a positive attitude interested in caring for people and their pets. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, good attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and customer service experience. Veterinary experience and knowledge of the operating system Cornerstone is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

 

In this position, you will be interacting with clients and their pets, answering a multi-line phone system, keeping accurate medical records, scheduling various types of appointments, and providing excellent and compassionate customer service for our clients.

 

We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee with availability Monday-Friday (hours will vary). The clinic is not open on the weekends and closes at 6 or 7pm during the week depending on the day.

 

This position has growth potential. Starting salary is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
