Pet Vet Roanoke, a growing Veterinary Hospital Practice is seeking an energetic, reliable and friendly Customer Services Representative. Duties to include answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, entering client information and handling records in a confidential manner. Candidate must have previous customer service experience and show evidence of positive and enthusiastic client interactions. Reliable transportation, including transportation in inclement weather, as well as a willingness to learn veterinary medicine terms and processes a must. The base hourly wage for this position ranges from $13.00-15.00 based on factors including experience, job-related skills and relevant education and/or training.
