About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—both human and furry! You’ll handle phone calls, schedule appointments, manage client records, process payments, and support the veterinary team in providing top-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently

Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing transactions

Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful situations
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role preferred (but not required)

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

A genuine love for animals and empathy for their owners

Comfort with computer systems and scheduling software
