Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will love helping our patients live their best lives, excel in problem-solving, and be able to multitask while not losing sight of the details.

What You’ll Do:

·       Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

·       Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls and emails.

·       Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and payment options.

·       Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate medical records.

·       Work closely with veterinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Previous experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical fields preferred.

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment.

·       Comfortable working around animals; enjoys puppy-kisses and kitty cuddles.

·       Passion for providing outstanding client service and compassionate care.

·                    ·   Lifting, carrying, pushing and or pulling of supplies, equipment or animals up to 50 pounds
