Job Description

Northwest Equine Veterinary Associates is a 100% ambulatory equine veterinary practice; in search of a part-time Client Services Representative for a busy multi-doctor practice.

Duties include answering phones in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling appointments, invoicing, data entry, and general office tasks. Well suited candidates are highly organized, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, work well in a fast-paced team environment and most importantly can provide our clients and patients with excellent service and care. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented employee who embraces multi-tasking, and working cooperatively with our valued clients, support staff, and veterinarians.

This is a part-time position with an hourly pay range of $18-$23 per hour.

Requirements:

·         Previous receptionist experience.

·         Knowledge of basic horse care and equine industry.

·         Prior experience of ambulatory appointment scheduling.

·         Experience in professional writing of emails, text messages, and other forms of communication.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment.

·         Skilled in answering multi-line phone console.

·         Able to follow instructions and be motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.

·         EzyVet software experience is preferred but not required.
