Client Service Representative (CSR) – Veterinary Hospital

Do you love animals and people? Our busy veterinary hospital is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage records with accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with clients about their pets’ needs, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Support our veterinary team by coordinating client check-ins, payments, and paperwork
  • Keep our front desk organized and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Compassion and patience—especially during stressful situations for clients and pets
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
