What You'll Do

As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating a positive experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing records
  • Handling payments and assisting with billing questions
  • Communicating with clients about their pets' care before, during, and after visits
  • Supporting our medical team by ensuring smooth front desk operations

About You

  • Prior customer service preferred (veterinary or medical setting a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, compassionate, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude and love for animals
