About the Role:

As our Clinical Veterinary Technician Manager, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced, dedicated Veterinary Nurse who’s ready to lead our team of veterinary professionals.

What You'll Do:

· Clinical Excellence: Perform advanced veterinary nursing duties, including anesthesia, surgery, and patient care

· Team Leadership: Manage clinical staff schedules, oversee training, and run team meetings to foster growth and support

· Operational Support: Work closely with the Hospital Manager for staff recruitment, performance management, and inventory control

· Protocol Development: Update and create medical SOPs and training protocols for continuous improvement

· Collaborative Culture: Partner with our Hospital Manager, Lead CSR, and Kennel Manager to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional client experience

Qualifications:

· Certification Preferred: CVT preferred, but candidates with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in veterinary nursing are encouraged to apply

· Leadership Skills: Strong people skills with proven leadership abilities

· Commitment: Open availability, with flexibility to support the team when needed

Position Details:

· Schedule: 40-hour salaried role, weekends as needed

· Location: On-site in Tampa, FL 33626

· Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
