Hidden Valley Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As we continue expanding back to a four-doctor practice, we’re seeking someone who is passionate about both people and pets and committed to creating exceptional client experiences.

🐶 What You’ll Do:

As a CSR, you’ll be the face and voice of Hidden Valley Animal Hospital—helping set the tone for every client and patient interaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently while providing compassionate customer service
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records using our veterinary software
  • Assisting with client communication and payment processing
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Supporting urgent care check-ins and assisting with Blue Springs Animal Control cases

🐕 What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about helping people and caring for pets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Experienced in customer service (veterinary or medical office experience is a plus!)
