Job Description

Vernon Veterinary Clinic requires a part time client service representative/receptionist to join our team on Saturdays from 8am-1pm.

This individual will be enthusiastic, punctual, responsible with a strong work ethic, flexible and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. The clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system
  • Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system
  • Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings
  • Respond and manage email correspondence
  • Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment
  • File documents electronically
  • Stock shelves
  • Additional administrative & housekeeping duties

Job Type: Part time

Salary: $19.00 per hour
