Job Description

Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience in a veterinary or medical office setting is required. If you are passionate about animals and dedicated to exceptional client service, our hospital may be the right fit for you!

 

We are a busy general practice providing exceptional care to small animal patients (cats & dogs) five day per week, Monday - Friday with no weekends or late evenings required. Our hospital is a beautiful 9,500 sq. ft. state of the art facility with tenured veterinarians and support staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm.

 

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages while providing responsive service and support.

 

- Schedule appointments, handle billing inquiries, and process payments.

 

- Invoicing client charges and filling prescriptions.

 

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

 

- Provide information on hospital services, policies, and procedures.

 

- Collect and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Experience in customer service or client care.

 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to make clients feel welcome and at ease.

 

- Proficient in using computers and standard office software.

 

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

 

- A compassionate nature and a genuine love for animals.

 

Requirements:



- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

 

- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team setting.

 

- Able to meet physical demand to include sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods.

 

 

Salary starting at $15.00 per hour, with increase consideration based on experience.
