Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. We are a team of professionals who succeed in making a difference in our patients' lives every day. What you will do:

-Provide extraordinary service for our clients and pets.

-Communicate information effectively between doctors, team members, and clients.

-Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

-Welcome and assist clients/pets arriving for appointments.

-Schedule/confirm outpatient appointments and inpatient procedures.

Skills/Requirements:

-Must love pets AND people. Previous client service experience required.

-Must be punctual and dependable.

-The ability to multi-task and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

-Familiarity with medications and common veterinary conditions/terminology.

-Familiarity with Cornerstone is a plus

Work Schedule/Compensation:

-Part time (under 30 hours/week) with the potential for Full time in the future

-Scheduled hours will vary: We are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, & select Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm (typically 1 per month)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
