Pima North Animal Hospital, in North Scottsdale, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Our CSRs are the heart of our hospital—creating exceptional client experiences while supporting our doctors and medical team.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism

Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications

Check patients in and out, collect payments, and review invoices

Maintain accurate client and patient records

Assist with client education and follow-up communication

Support the team during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience required (veterinary or medical office experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with computers and practice management software

Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

Compassion for animals and their people
