Stonecrest Animal Hospital is currently seeking a professional, compassionate, and client-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team that has been dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care for over 35 years.

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets. We are looking for a team member who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience (veterinary or medical field preferred)

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

·         Familiarity with AviMark is a plus

·         Previous experience in a veterinary setting is highly desirable


Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
