Tender Touch provides comprehensive wellness, dentistry, digital radiology, ultrasound, advanced surgery, acupuncture and more. We cater to all patient and client needs under one roof.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include greeting clients in person and over the phone, determining their needs quickly and efficiently, scheduling doctor's appointments, surgeries, and technician appointments, triaging appointments, checking in appointments, maintaining thorough client communication via email, texting, phone call, and other various platforms, gathering and sending records to specialists, emergency clinics, and insurance agencies, collecting payment for services in the form of credit cards, cash, checks, and third-party financing, maintaining a clean and tidy front desk area and exam rooms, understanding and using medical terminology, abbreviations, and pharmaceutical names..

We are seeking someone interested in full-time daytime shifts. Opening hours are Mon-Saturday, and our CSRs typically work 4 (10) hour shifts per week.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $18.85- $20.00 per hour. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is eligible for bonuses.

This position is not eligible for commission.
