Client Service Representative
East Brook Animal Hospital
About the Role,
East Brook Animal Hospital is looking for a Full-time or Part-Time, caring, reliable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
The CSR is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth visit for pets and owners.
Responsibilities
• Greet clients and pets with a positive, professional attitude
• Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Avimark
• Personable, empathetic and friendly with phone calls, in emails, and with all client communications/Interactions
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Educate clients about services, products, and preventive care
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
• Support veterinarians, technicians, and management with daily tasks
• Provide compassion and support to clients in emotional situations
Qualifications Required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred
• Strong Telephone Etiquette, Computer and Multitasking skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills, and the ability to Manage Stressful Situations
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the clinic , climb stairs multiple times per day
• Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure
Compensation;
- Compensation
- Base hourly rate of $18.00 - $23.00 DOE
- Eligible for periodic bonus (where applicable)
- Eligible for commission (where applicable)
- Sign-on bonus of up to $500 (where applicable)
