Location: Hyde Park Veterinary Clinic – Tampa, FL
Position: Full-Time | Front Desk | Client-Facing | Supportive Team Environment

Are you passionate about helping people and their pets? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, compassionate, and client-focused environment? Hyde Park Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our practice!


What You'll Do:

As a CSR, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences for our clients—both human and furry. You’ll:

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism—in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and support daily operations with attention to detail
  • Assist with client communication, education, and financial transactions
  • Maintain clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception areas
  • Ensure accuracy in records, payments, and product recommendations
  • Support marketing promotions and maintain positive community relationships
  • Provide compassion and calm during emergencies and emotional moments

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Veterinary or animal care experience preferred (minimum 6 months)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • A calm, kind, and professional demeanor—even under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
