“Must love dogs (Cats are great too!!!!)”. We are looking for a client service superstar. If you enjoy working with people that love their four-legged family members of any variety, we want you on our team. Our CSR’s are invaluable members of our team. You will work directly with the Client Service Manager, a lead client service specialist, our hospital manager, and the supporting medical team, a superb kennel staff and veterinarians to provide exceptional customer service. Your day will include maintaining a fun and positive attitude while impacting the smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the hospital as well as completing various daily duties. We are expanding into scheduling for sister locations as well in the coming months.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced “Client Delight” position and love and have compassion for all types of animals and a drive to do what is right while making a positive impact.

There are full time positions offering 35 to 40 hours a week, discussions open regarding part time opportunities as well as overnight positions for our ER services. Your schedule will include some weekend and various holiday shifts to best serve our pets and the clinic as we are open 24hrs.Provides excellent and expeditious client experience; greets clients, responds to questions; processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles payments. Answers phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Minimum of 1 year related experience required. Salary range 16 to 19 depending on experience.
