Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with excellent customer service while assisting with inquiries, scheduling, and a variety of other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animals, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Schedule appointments for animal services, such as grooming, vaccinations, and general care.

Provide clients with information about our services, procedures, and policies.

Process payments and maintain accurate client and pet records.

Assist in managing animal care requests and general administrative duties.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Collaborate with veterinary and animal care staff to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or certification in a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, ideally in an animal care or veterinary setting.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing high-quality care.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar office software.

Base Hourly Pay:

The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
