Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Schedule appointments for services such as grooming, vaccinations, and general care.
  • Provide information about services, procedures, and policies.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and pet records.
  • Support animal care requests and general administrative needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with veterinary and animal care staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or certification in a related field preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience; animal care or veterinary setting a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a busy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Genuine love for animals and dedication to high-quality care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Pay & Benefits

Base Hourly Pay: $15.00 – $18.55
Pay is determined by role, level, location, and relevant experience, skills, or education.
