Job Description

Yorkville Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented practice.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and truly enjoys being part of a team that works hard to provide outstanding care to pets and their people.

Ideal candidates will:

·         Have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting

·         Excel in multitasking and maintaining composure in a busy environment

·         Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills

·         Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift

·         Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

·         Be comfortable on their feet for extended periods

·         Take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client

Requirements:

·         Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays

·         Previous veterinary or animal care experience required
