Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time
Kruger Animal Hospital – Bloomington, IL
Kruger Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for both pets and their people.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions
- Process check-ins, discharges, and payments
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and text communications
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Accurately document client and patient information in our practice management system
- Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team members
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of client service or reception experience (veterinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for delivering excellent client care
