We are looking for an exceptional Client Service candidate to join our team of dedicated and passionate people, who will excel at taking care of our clients and their beloved pets!
We are a fast-paced, long-established veterinary clinic looking for a candidate that excels in multi-tasking. You will work closely with the veterinarians and the veterinary technician team to assist with the care of our clients and their pets.
Our reception team responsibilities:
· Making appointments
· Checking clients in,
· Handling medical records,
· Answering telephone,
· Checking emails,
· Checking voicemails
· Checking AllyDVM
· Checking the CSR list,
· Enrolling new paw plans,
· Handling transactions,
· Nightly deposits
· All other duties assigned
Completing these tasks with a friendly and positive attitude daily is vital to this role! A teamwork attitude is a MUST. Attention to detail is a necessary attribute, and schedule flexibility is preferred. Veterinary Client Experience is a plus, but not required.
