Are you a friendly, dependable, and organized individual who enjoys helping people and working in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic!

At Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic, we pride ourselves on providing compassionate care to our animal patients and exceptional service to their families. As a CSR, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our office.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience (veterinary setting)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
