Are you passionate about veterinary medicine and dedicated to providing exceptional client service? Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team!  

 

Lee's Summit Animal Hospital is a growing and busy hospital.  We are dedicated to our patients and the clients in providing the best care possible thourgh our staff and doctors.  We pride ourselves on the family atomosphere and dedicated clients that show appreciation with excellent google reviews and often times treats for the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding and efficient client experiences by warmly greeting clients and addressing their questions.
  • Process incoming and outgoing patients, including handling payments and checking clients in and out.
  • Answer phone calls, which may involve responding to inquiries, assessing service needs, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment in the client waiting area.
  • Accurately document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent records within our practice management software, while meeting specific performance metrics.
  • Escalate complex matters to senior staff as needed.
  • Continuously learn and develop software skills to enhance your contributions.

Qualifications:

  • A friendly and positive demeanor with a genuine love for working with people.
  • Veterinary experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • AviMark knowledge preferred, but not required.
