Job Description

Delivers exceptional and efficient client service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing patient flow, including processing check-ins, check-outs, and payments. Handles phone calls professionally, addressing questions, screening service needs, and scheduling appointments. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and emails, ensuring timely responses. Maintains cleanliness and organization of client waiting areas. Accurately documents and updates client information, service records, and other relevant details in practice management software. Escalates complex issues to senior staff as needed. At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.

 

Nebraska Animal Medical Center is currently a seven-veterinarian practice focusing on internal medicine, surgery, urgent care, and wellness care. We offer clients advanced technology along with personalized care and education.

 

Our facility includes: •Six separate wards •Surgical and Therapy Laser •Rehabilitation suite including an underwater treadmill •Ultrasound with telemedicine capabilities and the ability to do cardiac screens •Digital X-ray and upgraded digital dental X-ray •Six exam rooms and a comfort room •Dental procedure suite with full monitoring and warming capabilities •Surgery suite with two surgery tables, full monitoring and warming, and ventilator capabilities •Laparoscopic surgery, vetscope, and the possibility of endoscopy •Large boarding and daycare facility with turf play yard •Four amazing groomers •Plus much more!
