What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re a pro at clear, kind, and professional communication—whether you’re on the phone, via email, or in person.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: You think on your feet and take pride in resolving issues efficiently and with a smile.
  • People & Pet Lover: You have a genuine love for helping people and caring for their pets, ensuring they have a great experience every time.
  • Experience Matters: Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • A Positive Attitude: You approach every challenge with optimism and a “can-do” attitude.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Assist pet owners with scheduling, inquiries, and questions, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
  • Handle Client Concerns & Issues: Use your problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure patient records, appointments, and billing are updated and correct.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to deliver the best care and service possible.
