Customer Service Representative – Join Our Epic Team at South Shore Animal Hospital!
Full-Time | Saturdays Required | Pay Range: $18–22/hour

What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless client experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client communication
  • Addressing questions or concerns quickly and calmly while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Supporting the team in ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Handling administrative tasks such as managing patient records and processing payments
  • Working alongside an amazing team of veterinary professionals who are all dedicated to the same goal: providing exceptional care to pets in need

We need a candidate who can see both the big picture and the important details, and who is ready to contribute to a high-functioning, collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A genuine passion for animals and their well-being
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate tough conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Problem-solving abilities to help resolve issues efficiently and with a calm demeanor
  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting, but not required)
  • The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
