Animal Clinic of Rapid City is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As a growing, 8-doctor general practice with a 24/7 emergency hospital, we provide advanced, high-quality medicine and serve as a trusted resource for pet owners across the region.

Previous medical or veterinary reception experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage client check-in and check-out, including:
    • Consent and release forms
    • Wellness plan education and enrollment
    • Payment collection and deposits
  • Coordinate communication across multiple platforms
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
  • Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth client flow and communication
