Customer Service Representative (CSR) -experience required

Eastview Veterinary Clinic is looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a busy walk-in small animal clinic that prides itself on providing efficient, high-quality care while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and patients.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and pets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Managing a high-volume front desk and lobby flow
- Answering phones, emails, and client communications
- Checking patients in and out accurately
- Collecting and reviewing vaccine records
- Educating clients on vaccine recommendations and preventive care
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff
- Monitoring appointment flow and helping maintain efficiency throughout the day
- Assisting with end-of-day closing duties and maintaining a clean front lobby
Ideal Candidate:
- Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Works well under pressure and in a team environment
- Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can maintain professionalism during stressful situations
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience is required
- Experience with veterinary software is a plus
