Job Description
Vinton Veterinary Hospital, a growing Veterinary Hospital Practice, is seeking an energetic, reliable and friendly Customer Services Representative. Duties to include answering phones which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs and scheduling appointments. CSR would also take payments, enter client information and handle records in a confidential manner. Monitoring client waiting area to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction as well as escalating complex matters to the appropriate staff members including doctors and senior staff included in duties. Candidate must have previous customer service experience and show evidence of positive and enthusiastic client interactions. Reliable transportation, including transportation in inclement weather, as well as a willingness to learn veterinary medicine terms and processes a must. Individual must be willing to contribute to the hospital's positive culture and attitude of teamwork. Candidates may apply through Indeed.
The base hourly wage for this position ranges from $13.00-16.00 based on factors including experience, job-related skills and relevant education and/or training.
