CSR 

Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital has an opening for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our amazing team of support personnel, LVT’s and Doctors.  The CSR position is a crucial position in the veterinary hospital.  These extraordinary individuals are the first and usually the last contact that our clients engage with during their visit to our hospital.  The candidate we are seeking has compassion, not only for our patients but also for their care givers.  This candidate must possess great communication skills both written and verbal.  We are open to both FT and PT.  Our shifts are scheduled for 10 hours/day.  We at Chambers Creek believe in supporting our team members so work/life balance is important.  We strongly believe in developing our team with cross training and education opportunities.

  • 1 or more years in a Customer Service orientated position
  • Experience in a Veterinary Environment or Shelter Environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Avimark is a plus.
  • A current Medical Clerks License is a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
 
  • The base hourly range for this position is $15.74 - $20.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
