Petzen Animal Wellness is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Rep. We are located in Gig Harbor, WA. This job is essential to providing a high level of customer service and client education. As such, this position includes greeting clients and patients upon arrival, answering a multi line phone, scheduling appts, answering basic questions, providing over the counter product information as needed, etc. Strong computer skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing are required. We are looking for someone to join our team who can work a flexible schedule Tuesday - Saturday. Candidates must be hardworking, team player and have an ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. We ask that our team members are flexible and open to change, strong communicators and compassionate with animals. Physical requirements include: ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to lift at least 30lbs unassisted, ability to move and walk around quickly, ability to bend and maneuver as needed to clean counter tops, reception area etc..

Recent prior experience in a veterinary hospital strongly preferred.

The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $20 Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
