The Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine (CBEAM) is the only 24/7 exotics-exclusive hospital in the Pacific Northwest, proudly serving the Seattle area since 2006. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to high-quality, compassionate care for birds, small mammals, reptiles, and other non-traditional pets. With a team of experienced exotics veterinarians, boarded specialists, and a culture built on mentorship and innovation, we are leaders in advanced diagnostics and specialty medicine for exotic species.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Emergency Exotics Veterinarian to join our overnight team. This position follows a rotating two-week schedule of swing and overnight shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in emergency or exotic animal medicine, though we welcome motivated veterinarians with a strong desire to learn. This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and high-caliber team while advancing your career in one of the most unique and rewarding areas of veterinary medicine.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

-1+ year of experience in exotic or emergency medicine
-Internship or residency training in zoo, exotics, ER, or critical care (preferred)
-Board-certified or board-eligible (ACZM, ABVP, ECZM, or ACVECC) strongly preferred
-Newer grads with strong interest and willingness to learn will be considered
