$100K Sign-On Bonus | $60K Retention Bonus | $230K+ Production Potential

Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center (SOVSC) in Central Point, OR is a thriving, multi-specialty hospital offering Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care services. With a fast-paced caseload and a team-oriented culture, SOVSC is committed to delivering exceptional care through collaboration, advanced technology, and continuous growth. Our state-of-the-art facility includes endoscopy, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT imaging, multiple surgical suites, and a fully equipped ICU with 24-hour critical care support.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing team. Whether you’re an internship-trained DVM or a seasoned ER doctor, you’ll find a supportive and innovative environment where you can thrive. You’ll work alongside skilled emergency clinicians and specialists, contributing to high-quality medicine and a strong team dynamic. 

We’re also excited to welcome a second surgeon to our team this fall, further enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional care and case collaboration.

  • $60,000 Retention Bonus: Choose between a lump sum or loan repayment option at your three-year anniversary date.
