Job Description

Boston West Veterinary Emergency and Specialty is seeking an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 emergency and specialty referral hospital in Natick, MA. Our hospital is known for its loyalty to personalized, compassionate care through medical excellence and collaboration.

 

Our Overnight Emergency Veterinarians enjoy a consistent and predictable schedule, lower case volume, competitive salary with production incentives, and an experienced, friendly, and supportive team! We believe in work-life balance, taking care of each other and helping everyone succeed. 

 

The Position:

  • This position is for 12 overnights a month. Shifts are 7pm- 7am with a proposed schedule of Wed, Thurs, and Fri each week, subject to change as needs evolve.  
  • Compensation salary with options of production models, and generous sign-on bonus available.

Our Hospital:

  • Boston West is a 10,000 sq ft, located 15 miles west of Boston in Natick, MA.
  • Open concept facility equipped with digital radiology, emergency and specialty ultrasound, in-house lab, and on-site CT.  MRI and fluoroscopy capability are available at our in-network, Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital, hospital 20 miles away.

  • ER department comprised of 8 ER clinicians – and always growing!
  • Average Boston West doctor tenure of 7.5+ years with Ethos
  • Specialty services including Internal Medicine and Surgery
  • Access to Neurology, Radiology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Oncology, Anesthesiology and Critical Care at our in-network local sister hospitals 
  • A strong core of loyal and highly skilled technician team.
  • Dedicated Referral and Marketing Manager dedicated to community relationships and outreach
