Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Service (MCPES), established in 1996 and proudly AAHA-accredited, is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian to join our experienced and compassionate team in Pasco, Washington.

You’re an experienced ER veterinarian or have completed an internship and are ready to dive into an environment where collaboration, case ownership, and compassion come first. If you love emergency surgery or are a diplomate of ABVP, we’d love to talk to you!

Located in the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland), we’re the only ER hospital for 2–4 hours in any direction—which means we see a high variety of cases and you keep your cases through. Our DVMs enjoy exceptional case continuity and earning potential as a result.

We offer bi-weekly set schedules and no overnights required. Our doctors enjoy more time to explore the area or unwind with family and friends.

Compensation & Benefits

· Compensation: Greater of shift pay or production

· Shift Rates:

  • $1,400 – Day (6am–6pm)
  • $1,400 – Swing (1pm–1am)
  • $1,600 – Night (6pm–6am)

· Earn over $250K annually through production (23-25%) with no negative accrual

· Flexible bi-weekly schedule – 5 shifts per pay period

· Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Bonus & Housing Stipend available!

· Full Benefits Package including:

  • Medical, dental, vision, and FSA
  • Commuter benefits and cell phone plan
  • Washington licensing fees, liability insurance, uniforms, and memberships
  • Annual CE reimbursement + ultrasound training
  • 401(k) with employer contributions up to 3%
