Animal Urgent Care is excited to offer our Mentorship Program for New grads and GP DVM's looking to transition to Emergency Medicine. If you have a great sense of humor, practice high-quality medicine and surgery, are compassionate and skilled communicator, respect and appreciate an extremely committed and competent staff, and love the thrill of ER, you will fit right in! 


We use EzyVet and Smartflow software and have a focus on paper lite, environmentally friendly practices. We have a boarded radiologist available for daytime radiology reviews and for ultrasounds on weekday afternoons. IDEXX is available for radiology reviews overnight.


Our goal is to practice high-quality medicine in a comfortable environment that puts our clients and patients at ease. Since the inception of AUC, we have maintained our core value of affordable emergency care for our surrounding community.


Exciting Mentorship Opportunity for New Graduates and GP DVM's Transitioning:

We are thrilled to announce an amazing mentorship opportunity open to new graduates and General Practitioner DVMs looking to transition. Successful candidates will receive structured mentorship led by a senior emergency DVM. This comprehensive mentorship includes hands-on training/shadowing, online curriculum/weekly virtual rounds provided by our partnership with ETHOS, surgery training, and much more!


Compensation: 

Mentee compensation: $65.00 per hour, equivalent to $130,000.00 annually.
