Position Details

  • Qualifications:
    • We are seeking candidates who are either internship-trained or have 2-3 years of ER experience.
  • Compensation:
    • Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, plus production model & shift incentives for 13 shifts per month.
  • Shifts:
    • Standard: 13-hour shifts, 13 shifts per month.
    • Alternative: 10 shifts per month at a modified compensation model for full-time flexibility.
