New 21,000 sq ft Hospital | 10-12 Shifts/Month | Base + Production

Veterinary Specialty Hospital – Roseville is a 24/7 emergency hospital serving the greater Sacramento region. With a newly expanded 21,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility, a 40-patient ICU, and advanced diagnostic capabilities including CT and MRI, we are equipped to deliver exceptional emergency care while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for our team.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing ER team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate doctor who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values teamwork, flexible scheduling, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and their families.

 
Why You’ll Love This Role:
Full-Time Schedule: 10–12 shifts/month (part-time options available)

Base Salary: ~$180,000 - $200,000/year (plus production) Production bonus-eligible based on collections and eligibility criteria.

Shift Incentives: Additional pay for overnights and extra shifts

Flexible Scheduling: We prioritize balance and will work with your needs
Sign-On Bonus: Generous support for your transition
