Pet+ER just opened its brand-new Hunt Valley location in June 2023, and we are interested in adding an Emergency Veterinarian to our team! We provide 24-hour emergency and critical care services and the highest level of support possible to our patients and their owners. We are interested in speaking with internship trained and/or experienced ER DVMs.

Our Hunt Valley hospital operates under the oversight of our Medical Director, a boarded criticalist. Our state of the art, new facility is equipped to handle the specific needs of each patient. We have a comprehensive suite of equipment and services all under one roof to handle the most severe animal injuries and illnesses, including digital radiology, in-house lab, ICU, surgery suites, oxygen ward, isolation ward, and high flow oxygen. Our facility is shared with board-certified specialists in:

  • Surgery
  • Dentistry 
  • Neurology 
  • Canine Rehabilitation
  • Internal Medicine
  • Oncology
  • Cardiology

We have a comprehensive suite of equipment and services all under one roof to handle the most severe animal injuries and illnesses, including:

  • Digital Radiology
  • In-House lab
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Surgery Suites with Ligasure
  • Oxygen ward - coming soon
  • Isolation ward
  • Around-the-clock care

We have a plentiful and interesting caseload, keeping all our staff engaged and providing many opportunities for employees to challenge themselves. Eligible candidates would be considered for relocation stipend and potential signing bonus. ER surgical experience is required to be considered for this position.
