The Role

As an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Kenosha, you will:

  • Manage a wide variety of small animal ER cases and make independent clinical decisions.
  • Have the opportunity to perform ER surgeries and expand your skillset.
  • Thrive in a high-impact environment where your expertise directly improves patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of compassionate, high-quality care that extends beyond the hospital walls.

We’re looking for veterinarians who:

  • Are internship-trained or have at least 2 years of ER experience.
  • Feel comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently.
  • Bring positivity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and mentoring colleagues when opportunities arise.
 

Senior Associate Track (Optional)

For experienced ER doctors seeking leadership and mentorship opportunities, our Senior Associate Track allows you to:

  • Lead the ER Immerse Training Program for new graduates.
  • Shape in-hospital CE and collaborate with Ethos Clinical Learning & Development.
  • Model best practices and guide complex cases on the floor.
  • Support hospital growth, recruiting efforts, and build relationships with local referring veterinarians.
