If so, grab your hiking boots and look no further, Pacific Northwest Pet ER and Specialty Center is hiring! This state-of-the-art facility opened in August 2021, with a commitment to exceptional veterinary medicine as well as the health & happiness of our veterinary team!


We are seeking doctors that are excited about teaching and learning. We have gathered a group of amazing team members that are enthusiastic about teaching and continued education.

  • State of the art procedures and equipment including:
    • Endoscopy
    • Fluoroscopy
    • On-site diagnostics including CT and MRI
    • Critical care unit with separate canine and feline ICU’s
    • Two Isolation wards
    • On-site pharmacy
    • Ventilator
    • Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)
    • Specialty support and collaboration
      • Internal Medicine – 3 specialists
      • Cardiology – 2 specialists
      • Surgery –2 specialists
      • Oncology – 1 specialist
      • Critical care – 2 specialists 
      • Sonographer – 1 – more coming soon!
      • Neurology - 1 
      • Radiology – coming soon!

About You:

  • You are a good human being; no, really, it matters!
  • Compassionate and kind , you are aware of the challenges that may present themselves but are willing to work hard & focus on creating a healthy environment with your team.
  • You are a veterinarian wanting to make an exceptional difference in the lives of patients and their families enduring emergency and critical care cases.
  • You’re looking for an opportunity to use and flex your full emergency skill set while also being presented with learning new & advanced techniques.

Anticipated Schedule:

  • The Emergency hospital is open 24hrs a day
  • Rotating emergency receiving day, swing, and overnight shifts
  • Rotating holidays
  • Shifts are 12hrs, with 12 shifts in a 4-week period being full time

Compensation:
  • $150,000 - 200,000 plus production
