What You’ll Do

·          Provide comprehensive ambulatory veterinary care including wellness and preventive medicine, general medicine, lameness evaluation and treatment, dentistry, and reproductive services

·          Perform on farm diagnostics using advanced equipment including digital radiology, ultrasound, gastroscopy, upper airway, and dynamic endoscopyDevelop a strong client partnership through excellent communication, education, and initiative-taking case management

·          Collaborate with colleagues and skilled support staff to deliver the highest standard of care

·          Participate in shared emergency coverage with a flexible schedule designed to protect work life balance

·          Contribute to practice development by pursuing special interests and maintaining a commitment to continuous learning


Who You Are

·          DVM/VMD degree and eligibility for Washington State veterinary licensure

·          Strong interest in ambulatory equine practice

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Commitment to quality medicine, ethical practice, and positive client relationships

·          Curiosity, motivation, and a passion for continued professional growth

·          Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, supportive team


Advanced Tools & Technology

·          Dedicated, updated and, fully outfitted practice vehicle

·          Vet Rocket & Sound digital radiography systems

·          Sonosite & GE digital ultrasounds

·         Endoscopy (3m gastroscopes and 1.1m upper airway endoscope and dynamic endoscopy system)

·          Advanced regenerative therapies including A2M,, PRP, ProStride

·          PulseVet shockwaves, Class IV therapeutic laser

·          Full suite of modern dentistry equipment

·          Comprehensive reproductive services: embryo transfer, semen collection/handling/freezing

·         Well trained veterinary assistants and technicians who travel with doctors to aid in efficiency and safety

·          Competitive base salary based on experience + quarterly production bonus structure

·         100% of emergency fees paid to the veterinarian
