As we invest boldly in our facility, team, and services, we’re searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join us during this exciting time of transformation and growth.


The Opportunity

We are a busy emergency and referral hospital near San Antonio, Texas , serving a diverse, thriving equine community across multiple disciplines. Our comprehensive offerings include sports medicine, internal medicine, reproduction, dentistry, racetrack medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic, and emergency services.


We’re looking for a team-oriented partner who:

  • Brings surgical expertise (arthroscopy, laparoscopy, soft tissue) and an interest in growing our specialty services
  • Is willing to provide ambulatory services and manage hospitalized cases
  • Enjoys mentoring and educating clients and colleagues
  • Values exceptional client relationships and service
  • Is board eligible and can obtain Texas licensure

Leadership aspirations or interest in ownership/partnership is a huge plus!


🐴 Our Facility

We're equipped to support top-tier equine care with:

  • 3 ICU stalls, 4 isolation stalls, 20 hospital stalls, 3 treatment areas, 3 stocks, and 16 paddocks
  • On-site Coggins lab and full diagnostic lab capabilities
  • Advanced imaging, Lameness Locator, Shockwave , Sound Smart RLT regenerative laser
  • Regenerative medicine tools: IRAP, PRP, Pro-Stride

Just outside of San Antonio, our location offers the best of Texas — a mix of urban amenities, stunning hill country, and a deeply rooted equine culture. You'll find horses competing in rodeo, racing, dressage, eventing , and hunter-jumper events all in your backyard.
