🐾Exam Room Assistant – Full Time 🐾

🔍 Exam Room Assistant Responsibilities and Skills: 

  • * Provide professional and compassionate client communication 

  • * Collect patient history and maintain accurate medical records 

  • * Low stress handling during exams and procedures  

  • * Handling medications, vaccines and treatments, as directed 

  • * Assisting with diagnostics and treatments 

  • * Process and fill prescriptions, as directed  

  • * Process prescriptions and refills, as directed 

  • * Any any additional duties as directed by veterinarian or veterinary technician

 

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications: 

  • *Must be 18+

  • *6-12 months preferred working as a Veterinary CSR OR as an Exam Room Assistant preferred but willing to train the right candiate. 

  • *Must be able to work in a fasted paced environment 

  • *Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required 

  • *Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives 

  • *Strong commitment to ethics and integrity 

  • *Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning 

  • *Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail 

  • *Must be reliable and dependable
