Experienced Veterinarian Position at Casa Grande Animal Hospital (Casa Grande, Arizona)



Are you a compassionate, client-oriented veterinarian with 5 or more years of experience looking for a new opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team? Casa Grande Animal Hospital is seeking and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our practice.

Casa Grande Animal Hospital has been proudly serving the Casa Grande Community since 1962, offering high-quality care for companion small animal that offers some equine services as well.  We strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care.  Our job is not only to treat our patients when they aren’t feeling well, but also to help clients learn how to keep their best friend happy and healthy.

  • We are open 7 days a week, but we rotate weekends.  Typically, scheduled 4 – 10 hour shifts, but we’re open to flexible scheduling – think about what your desired schedule would be and let’s talk! We do not offer after hour services, we are open 8am-6pm.
  • Our caseload varies extensively. There aren’t any emergency hospitals in the immediate area so we tend to be the first stop for many urgent cases before owners seek referral care in the Phoenix area.

  • Digital x-rays with AI (Signal Pet)
  • 2 dental tables in dental suite with digital x-rays
  • In-house labs, reference labs
  • Ultrasound
  • K-Laser therapy
  • 6 exam rooms & 1 Euthanasia room
  • 2 surgery tables in surgery suite
  • Paper Light (Avimark) and ScribbleVet AI software to assist with medical documentation.

About Casa Grande:

Casa Grande is halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, a smaller town feel with the Big City amenities close by. Casa Grande is known for great golf courses and its great desert hiking trails, such as CG Mountain, Girl Scout Mountain and Picacho Peak.  A few hour drive to the White Mountains and Lake Recreational areas.  Summers might heat up, but our winters are perfect for enjoying the outdoors.  Easy commute and can live in Chandler or Marana and still work at Casa Grande Animal Hospital.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program. Candidate must have an Arizona Veterinary License in good standing.
